A new type of cuisine has been sweeping over Hong Kong… let the Nordic obsession begin.
At the end of 2016, Frantzen’s Kitchen burst onto the dining scene, with new flavours and a minimalist style becoming an instant hit. Now Michelin chef Bjorn Frantzen is back with a new culinary offering. Following on from the success of The Flying Elk in Stockholm, Chef Frantzen has brought the restaurant to Hong Kong in its first international venture.
A little introduction is due, and well deserved, for Chef Frantzen. Originally an international footballer, he evidently doesn’t do anything by halves, recently acquiring his third Michelin star for his flagship restaurant in Stockholm.
The Flying Elk focuses more on European cuisine, with dishes to share and the experience of communal dishes providing a friendly and family aspect. A perfect combination of classic cooking, top ingredients and a Nordic know-how that will bring a touch of freshness! Not to mention the wine list and cocktail bar, which is a make or break for any meal. Get a reservation and see for yourself!
