Dubbed an ‘extraordinary’ vintage by many, Burgundy was truly blessed with 2015. The weather was perfect, and all stars aligned to give these grapes their best shot at succeeding. Many have likened it to the incredible 2005 vintage!
Our 2015s have just landed in Hong Kong, and before carefully packing them away to mature and blossom over the years to come- we wanted to share a little preview with our clients, and so are throwing a dinner on 18th January. In order to see how well these wines are already blossoming, guests of the dinner will be invited to try nine carefully chosen 2015’s. Guests can then go forth, armed with the right knowledge to make their last educated purchases before the prices sore. Among our stars of the night will be Bizot’s Echezeaux 2015- a producer Allen Meadows stated did “sensationally well in 2015” and Roumier’s Chambolle Musigny 2015.
The dinner will be enjoyed in the beautiful surrounds of contemporary French restaurant ‘Seasons’, in Causeway Bay.
